POSITION SUMMARY

We are seeking an experienced SEO Specialist to execute effective SEO strategies for our B2B clients in manufacturing, service, and distribution. This role focuses on driving organic traffic, improving search rankings, and maximizing ROI through on-page, off-page, and technical SEO efforts. The SEO Specialist will collaborate with cross-functional teams and analyze performance to deliver measurable results. You're a detail-oriented digital marketer with a hunger to learn and a passion for search engine optimization. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and love rolling up your sleeves to execute. You understand the building blocks of SEO and want to grow into a strategist or lead role and you have agency experience. OBJECTIVES

Implement comprehensive SEO strategies to drive organic traffic and improve search rankings for B2B clients in manufacturing, service, and distribution. Monitor, track, and analyze SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, Bright Local, Google Tag Manager, and Google Search Console. Conduct in-depth keyword research to identify high-value keywords and opportunities for content optimization. Perform SEO audits to identify and resolve issues that impact site performance, such as site speed, mobile optimization, and crawl errors. Optimize on-page SEO by improving meta tags, headings, content, and internal linking for better visibility and ranking. Manage off-page SEO efforts, including link-building, outreach, and reputation management, to enhance domain authority. Collaborate with development, and marketing teams to ensure SEO best practices are integrated across all channels and assets. Generate and present regular SEO reports with actionable insights and recommendations to improve client outcomes and ROI. Stay up-to-date with SEO trends and algorithm updates to ensure strategies are in line with industry best practices. Perform competitive analysis to identify strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities to outperform competitors in search rankings. Optimize content marketing efforts by aligning content with SEO strategies and ensuring it is optimized for target keywords and search intent. Manage select SEO accounts and manage reporting meetings

COMPETENCIES

Ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make informed decisions based on performance metrics. Ability to communicate effectively via phone, email, and video conferencing. Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Excellent written and verbal communication skills — utilizes AI to create efficiencies. SEO / content copywriting skills are preferred. A keen eye for spotting issues, inconsistencies, or opportunities for improvement in SEO campaigns. Strong teamwork skills to work effectively with content creators, developers, and other marketing teams. Flexibility to adjust strategies and approaches based on evolving SEO trends and search engine algorithm changes. Dedication to keeping up with the latest technologies and trends shaping SEO. Innovative thinking to create new strategies and approaches that help clients stand out in competitive markets. Excellent research, writing, and organizational skills Curiosity and commitment to learning and self-improvement Ability to work independently and as part of a team A mindset focused on progress, performance, and professionalism

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

2+ years of SEO experience within an agency environment (Required) SEO Certifications (from resources such as Semrush, Hubspot, etc) (Preferred) College Degree or Related Experience (Preferred)
