Here at CGS, we offer an environment in which our employees feel supported, and we encourage professional growth through various learning opportunities./ph3Skills and Attributes for Success/h3p- Utilize Angular.JS, JavaScript, SQL and related technologies for ServiceNow development/pp- Support the discovery, requirements gathering, and the build out of core ServiceNow functionality/pp- Implement multiple HR Service Requests within the HRSD scope in ServiceNow/pp- Develop applications to facilitate Employee service requests to HR and HR fulfillment process/pp- Refactor ServiceNow software customizations during ServiceNow major updates/pp- Collaborate with fellow developers and business analysts in an Agile development environment/pp- Understand backend configuration of ServiceNow/pp- Design tests and build test data/pp- Support configuration, change, and release management/pp- Maintain responsibility for the completion and accuracy of work products/ph3Qualifications/h3p- A Bachelors degree in a related field/pp- 3-7 years related experience/pp- 2+ years ServiceNow development experience/pp- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification/pp- Experience creating reports/dashboards, customized forms, and workflows in ServiceNow/pp- Experience working with Agile Development and Test Management applications of ServiceNow/pp- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal/pp- Experience working in an Agile project environment with an emphasis on frequently delivering functional software releases at a sustainable pace/ph3Ideally, You Will Have:/h3p- Hands-on experience with the ServiceNow HR Service Delivery application/pp- Familiarity with Human Resources business processes/pp- Experience with business analysis or requirements gathering/ph3Our Commitment/h3pContact Government Services (CGS) strives to simplify and enhance government bureaucracy through the optimization of human, technical, and financial resources.
