Job Description:
We are seeking a ServiceNow Developer to join our team and support the development and customization of the ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate will have experience with JavaScript, ServiceNow Flow Designer, and incident and case management modules. They should be able to configure and enhance the platform using Out-of-the-Box (OOB) features and custom JavaScript development to meet business needs.
Responsibilities:
Develop and customize applications within the ServiceNow platform using JavaScript.
Work with incident and case management modules, ensuring efficient workflow automation.
Utilize ServiceNow Flow Designer to streamline processes and enhance automation.
Implement Out-of-the-Box (OOB) solutions while developing custom functionality when required.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into ServiceNow configurations.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to the ServiceNow platform.
Maintain documentation and best practices for ServiceNow development.
Required Skills:
Strong ServiceNow platform knowledge.
Proficiency in JavaScript for scripting and custom development.
Experience with incident and case management modules in ServiceNow.
Knowledge of ServiceNow Flow Designer for automation.
Nice-to-Have Skills:
Familiarity with additional ServiceNow modules and integrations.
Experience with ServiceNow UI customization.
Understanding of ITSM best practices within the ServiceNow ecosystem.

The expected base salary for this position ranges from $112,000 to $117,000 annually. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, market factors, and, where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained. In addition to salary, a competitive benefits package is also offered.
