The Shift Leader oversees daily operations of the pizza and sub shop within the store, ensuring product quality, freshness, and excellent customer service. Responsibilities include scheduling, inventory management, and maintaining visual presentation of products. This role requires experience in customer service and the ability to work in a fast-paced food service environment.

As a shift leader overseeing our Pizza and Sub Shop, you’ll work with a team to deliver fresh, great tasting meal solutions for our customers while providing the incredible service our customers have come to know us for! If you have a passion for food, serving customers and working in a fast-paced environment, this could be the position for you!
What You’ll Do
Maintain a thorough understanding of the products offered within the department
Ensure product levels are sustained with freshness in mind
Arrange and display products in an organized and visually appealing manner
Adhere to company recipes and cooking techniques to ensure a fresh and consistent outcome
Assist with placing orders and counting inventory
Assist customers with locating products throughout the department and provide suggestions for meal solutions, when applicable
