Are you passionate about real estate and detail-oriented? We’re looking for a dedicated Real Estate Assistant to become an integral part of our dynamic, high-performing team based in Northern Virginia.

As we gear up to launch with Zillow Flex , we operate from a state-of-the-art office and have built one of the largest social media followings in the DMV region , attracting over 10 million monthly views across platforms like Instagram and YouTube.

Key Responsibilities:

• 🗂 Deliver vital administrative support and oversee transaction management for agents
• 🏡 Coordinate listings, update MLS, manage signage, and arrange photography
• 📞 Maintain timely and effective communication with clients, vendors, and team members
• 📅 Schedule showings, inspections, and closing appointments
• 💻 Assist with marketing efforts, including social media content creation, email campaigns, and CRM upkeep

Responsibilities

• Graduate from PLACE New Agent Launch 
• Work with sales agent to guide their clients to homes
• Provide detailed, written feedback to confirm or refine clients’ search criteria
• Write and negotiate offers on behalf of the sales agent and clients
• Lead generate a minimum of 10 hours a week
• Participate in weekly script practice per team standards
• Participate in team activities per team standards
• Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly trainings and Partner Call
• Track tasks and activities in PLACE Technology
