As we continue to grow, we are seeking a motivated and experienced Siding/Gutter Project Manager to lead and oversee siding and gutter projects from start to finish. Position Summary: The Siding/Gutter Project Manager will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing the successful completion of siding and gutter projects. The ideal candidate has strong leadership skills, hands-on experience in exterior construction, and the ability to manage multiple crews and job sites simultaneously. Key Responsibilities: Oversee day-to-day operations of siding and gutter installation projects Coordinate crews, materials, and equipment to ensure efficient project execution Conduct site inspections and quality control throughout all phases of each job Serve as the primary point of contact for customers and ensure satisfaction Maintain project timelines and budgets Identify and resolve any issues or delays Ensure all work meets safety standards and building codes Requirements Requirements: Minimum 3 years of experience managing siding and/or gutter projects Solid understanding of vinyl, metal, and fiber cement siding systems Familiarity with gutter installation processes and water drainage systems Strong organizational and communication skills Proven leadership and problem-solving abilities Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation Ability to read and interpret blueprints and scopes of work #J-18808-Ljbffr West Plains Chamber of Commerce
