Job Summary:

The Site Manager will handle daily mailroom operations, shipping and receiving packages, and providing general facilities assistance. This role requires excellent organizational skills, customer service, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. The ideal candidate will have experience with Outlook, shipping systems, and handling basic office or facility support tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and manage a shared Outlook mailbox, responding to email requests promptly and professionally.
• Schedule calendar events and coordinate logistics as required.
• Ship outgoing UPS packages (5–10 per day) using UPS WorldShip.
• Process UPS return packages (3–7 per day) and monitor return status upon request.
• Receive, open, and deliver approximately 100 USPS mail pieces daily to the correct departments.
• Unpack and catalog returned computer hardware shipments.
• Stock and organize hardware and mailroom supplies.
• Open service tickets with Property Management or Facilities teams as needed.
• Restock mail stops and supply areas regularly.
• Assist with conference room setup, lightweight furniture assembly, and desktop monitor arm installations.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional workspace.

Required Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and email correspondence.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds safely.
• Professional demeanor and customer service-oriented attitude.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in mailroom, shipping/receiving, or office facilities support.
• Familiarity with UPS WorldShip and online UPS shipping tools.
• Basic knowledge of computer hardware or inventory management.
• Prior experience in a corporate or customer-facing environment.

Certifications:

OSHA or general workplace safety certification preferred.

Forklift or material handling certification (if applicable).
