This international financial services industry leader has an immediate 6-month contract-to-hire opportunity in Irving TX for a Site Reliability Engineer. This position requires working onsite 2 days per week (including Tuesdays) in Las Colinas (Irving, TX). As part of the Digital Technology organization, you will be responsible for supporting the CCaS (Contact Center as a Service) & Enterprise Correspondence (EC) systems include multiple components and integrations that require monitoring and tracking. Will help with the process of observability, monitoring, alerting and with other SRE principles. Will interact with various product teams and leadership. Will ensure that things are constantly up and running. Will also ensure that there is monitoring in place to make sure the engineers are well informed.
Candidates Must be willing to convert without requiring visa sponsorship now or in the future. Onsite interview is mandatory.
