Job Title: Site Safety Supervisor

Responsibilities:
- Take the lead in implementing and enforcing safety policies and procedures on construction sites.
- Conduct regular inspections to identify potential hazards and address them promptly.
- Provide guidance and support to employees, promoting safe work practices and proper use of equipment.
- Collaborate with supervisors and project managers to develop effective safety plans for each project.
- Stay up to date with industry regulations and always ensure compliance.
Essential Job Functions:
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude while serving as a safety advocate.
- Communicate effectively with diverse teams, including fluency in Spanish (a plus!).
- Pay attention to even the smallest details and resolve complex issues efficiently.
- Demonstrate a strong work ethic and self-motivation to tackle challenges head-on.
- Inspire and encourage others to prioritize safety in their daily work.
Skills:
- Exceptional organizational skills to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines consistently.
- Proficiency with OSHA 30 and/or 510 certifications obtained within the last 3 years.
- Current CPR/First Aid/AED certification is a definite plus.
- Safety Trained Supervisor Construction (STSC) certification is preferred but not required.
