We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Snow Plow Operator to join our team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring safe and efficient snow removal from residential driveways. You will be accompanied by a shoveller (or two) who will shovel walkways and other areas that are not plowable as well as salt instructed areas.

This role requires a strong work ethic, dedication, ability to concentrate while working long hours and experience snow plowing with a pick up truck.

Duties

• Safely operate snow plow equipment to clear snow from designated areas promptly and efficiently.
• Collaborate with team members to coordinate snow removal efforts during winter storms and adverse weather conditions.
• Follow a provided schedule/route provided via a mobile app.
• Relay clear instructions provided by us to your team (1-2 people) to ensure notes and instructions are always completed and followed.
• Drive responsibly and safely while following traffic laws at all times.
• Constantly being aware of your surroundings to ensure service is done safely
