Job Overview:

As a Social Media Brand Ambassador, you will be a key part of zTrip’s growth by identifying new business opportunities, forming strategic alliances, and expanding our customer base through digital channels. This role combines strategic thinking, social media expertise, and market knowledge to build long-term relationships and boost revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through social media platforms to increase zTrip’s market share and customer base
• Develop and execute social media strategies to build partnerships with businesses, organizations, and key stakeholders
• Research and analyze market trends to identify growth opportunities and competitive advantages
• Build and maintain strong relationships with current and prospective clients, including corporate accounts and local businesses, via social media
• Negotiate and close deals with new clients, ensuring mutually beneficial terms through digital engagement
• Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to create targeted online campaigns and initiatives
• Track and report on social media performance, providing regular updates to senior management
• Represent zTrip at virtual and in-person industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities
• Manage and grow existing online partnerships to maximize revenue and customer satisfaction

Qualifications:

• 1+ years of experience in social media marketing, brand ambassadorship, or digital business development (ideally in transportation, logistics, or a related field)
• Proven ability to generate leads and successfully close deals through social media platforms
• Strong social media presence with experience in content creation and community management
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strategic thinker with the ability to execute online marketing plans effectively
• Self-motivated, results-driven, and highly organized
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and adjust strategies accordingly
