Good communication skills, and the ability to work with clients, co‑workers, and supervisors. Strong mechanical skills, electrical skills, or both. Experience with roofing, conduit bending, wiring, and troubleshooting electrical systems are a big plus. Ability to get the job done right, safely, and according to codes and standards, while working closely with teammates. A valid current driver’s license, and a clean driving record. Ability to consistently show up on time, every workday. Desire to learn about solar and energy storage technologies and our specific installation methods. Ability to lift 75 pounds, climb ladders, work on roofs, in high heat, and other challenging environments. Preferred Qualifications Someone who knows themselves, has a good sense of humor, and has a low‑key attitude. Lone wolves and aggressive personalities won’t be a fit here. People committed to continued learning and progression to a team lead position. People with significant residential solar installation experience and general residential electrical experience. People with OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certifications. Holders of the NABCEP PV Installation Professional certification. Compensation and Benefits $18‑$25/hour, depending on experience.
