Role Description This is a contract role for a Solar Installer, based in Deptford, NJ. The Solar Installer will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing solar panel systems, ensuring efficient operation and high‑quality results. Daily responsibilities include the use of power and hand tools, assisting with system inspections, troubleshooting issues, and working collaboratively with team members to deliver exceptional customer service aligned with industry standards. Qualifications Familiarity with solar power systems and the solar industry Proficiency in using power tools and hand tools safely and effectively Understanding of solar energy technology and system installation processes Strong problem‑solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues in solar systems Physical ability to work outdoors, perform manual labor, and safely climb ladders or rooftops Demonstrated experience or certification in solar installation is required.
