We are a leading player in the manufacturing industry, seeking a dynamic and experienced Sr. Financial Analyst with a focus on Marketing.

Responsibilities:

As a Sr. Financial Analyst - Marketing, your primary role will be to provide financial insights that help shape the company's marketing strategies. Your responsibilities will include:

1. Developing comprehensive financial models to evaluate marketing ROI and support strategic decision-making.
2. Providing in-depth analysis of marketing investments, identifying trends, and forecasting future results.
3. Managing the marketing budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources across various initiatives.
4. Collaborating with the marketing team to understand their needs and translate them into financial terms.
5. Preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for the marketing department, highlighting key insights and recommendations.
6. Evaluating potential marketing investments and initiatives, conducting cost-benefit analyses, and making recommendations based on financial viability and strategic alignment.
7. Implementing financial best practices within the marketing department and promoting a culture of financial accountability.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate for this role will have a strong financial background, an understanding of marketing dynamics, and the ability to translate complex financial data into actionable marketing strategies.

Specific qualifications include:

1. Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field. An MBA or a professional certification such as CFA/CPA is a plus.
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial analysis, preferably within a marketing context.
3. Proficiency in financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting.
