Job Description

Capgemini Government Solutions (CGS) LLC is seeking highly motivated and experienced Sr. ServiceNow Developer to join our team to support our government clients. You will have the chance to use and develop your skills, work with a driven and innovative team, engage with different collaborators, and strengthen CGS’ capabilities.

• 
  Design and implement solutions for new application improvements.
  
  
• 
  Coordinate integration of ServiceNow modules, APIs, and user interfaces.
  
  
• 
  Provide ongoing support and peer reviews throughout sprints.
  
  
• 
  Lead investigations into production issues and complete technical tickets.
  
  
• 
  Remediate O&M defects and develop solutions for new requirements.
  
  
• 
  Ensure successful implementation and maintenance of ServiceNow applications.
  
  

• 
  U.S. Citizenship is required.
  
  
• 
  Having and maintaining an active Secret Government Security Clearance.
  
  
• 
  Associate degree or Equivalent experience.
  
  
• 
  3-5 years of experience with the ServiceNow platform.
  
  
• 
  Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide scripting, React, HTML, CSS, and AJAX.
  
  
• 
  Experience with ITSM modules and Agile development environments.
  
  
• 
  Understanding of database concepts, including SQL.
  
  
• 
  ServiceNow Certified System Administrator and ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist
  
  

• 
  Strong communication and team building skills.
  
  
• 
  ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (Preferred)
  
  
• 
  Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  
  
• 
  High level of attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills.
  
  
• 
  Demonstrated focus on providing exceptional customer service and adaptability to handle shifting demands.
  
  
• 
  Willingness to continuously learn and stay updated with the latest ServiceNow features and industry trends.
