STAFF ACCOUNTANT

PrideStaff Financial is looking for an experienced Staff Accountant in the West Palm Beach area to work with an established technology company that offers learning and growth opportunities as well as a competitive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, and 401K plan!

The Staff Accountant is responsible for keeping records, maintaining financial reports and ledgers, preparing budgets, filing billing, and completing general accounting and bookkeeping responsibilities.

Job Description for Staff Accountant:

• Prepare consolidated internal and external financial statements by gathering and analyzing information
• Review financial statements for accuracy and legal compliance
• Maintain and update records and reports for profit and loss, taxes, liabilities, and assets
• Reconcile accounts
• Month end close
• Audits
• Financial Reporting

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field
• 2+ years relevant experience
• Advanced accounting and bookkeeping software experience including QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel
• Understanding of general accounting principles
