Staffing Manager (Bilingual – English/Spanish)

Aspen, CO | Full-Time

Mountain Temp Services, LLC is seeking a bilingual (English/Spanish) Staffing Manager to join our Aspen team! This role is central to supporting our construction industry customers by recruiting, dispatching, and managing employees while ensuring strong client relationships and a safe, productive workforce.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Recruit prospective employees through flyers, social media, field recruiting, and other methods

  • Assist applicants with online applications and onboarding (W-4, I-9, etc.)

  • Coordinate new hire orientations, including safety programs and job-specific training

Client & Employee Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with construction customers through regular job site visits

  • Manage daily employee dispatch, including transport, delivery, and pickup

  • Maintain positive employee relations, handling inquiries, reimbursements, and pay card management

  • Ensure accurate timecard collection and weekly payroll processing

Compliance & Safety

  • Lead weekly safety site visits and safety meetings

  • Track employee training and certifications

  • Assist with workers’ compensation claims, return-to-work letters, and unemployment claims

  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies

Operations & Administration

  • Support daily office operations, including phones, supplies, and customer inquiries

  • Oversee payroll entry, pay card management, and invoicing

  • Coordinate TempWorks On-Site Time Clock systems for timecard uploads and audits

  • Provide general administrative support to ensure smooth branch operations

Qualifications

  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) preffered

  • Valid Colorado Driver’s License in good standing

  • Strong customer service and communication skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel

  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Ability to work extended hours, including some weekends, and be on-call as needed

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience in staffing, HR, or an administrative role

  • Familiarity with construction industry environments

  • Experience using social media platforms for recruitment
