Position: Supervising Psychiatrist
Location: Triad Area, North Carolina (Remote Supervision Option)

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Supervising Psychiatrist to join a small, growing private practice in the Triad region of North Carolina. Our clinic is committed to providing holistic mental healthcare to the outpatient psychiatry population. We believe in a patient-centered approach, where individuals are carefully screened for acuity, with referrals made as needed to ensure the best care.

This role will begin with supervising one experienced Nurse Practitioner, with potential for future expansion as the practice grows. Supervision can be provided entirely remotely, offering flexibility and convenience for the supervising physician. Compensation is structured on a monthly basis per Nurse Practitioner under supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide remote supervision to a Nurse Practitioner, ensuring quality patient care and clinical guidance.
Review and assess treatment plans, ensuring they align with best practices in outpatient psychiatry.
Monitor patient progress and make necessary referrals for patients requiring higher levels of care.
Maintain communication with the Nurse Practitioner and offer support as needed.
Requirements:

Active, unrestricted Psychiatrist license in North Carolina.
Active, unrestricted DEA license in North Carolina.
A commitment to at least one year in the supervisory role.
