What you’ll be responsible for:
Reporting to the Chief Clinical Innovations Officer, the Senior Vice President, Compliance Officer (SVP) is responsible for leading Access TeleCare’s Corporate Compliance Program, providing oversight and direction for all activities related to the development, implementation, communication and maintenance of the program. The SVP has authority to carry out all compliance responsibilities and is responsible for ensuring Access TeleCare maintains business integrity and that all applicable processes, trainings and policies are designed to ensure compliance with state and federal healthcare program requirements.
The SVP works collaboratively with the Data Privacy Officer (who oversees IT, HIPAA, and Privacy) and with other related departments including legal, human resources, information security, revenue cycle, credentialing/licensure/privileging, clinical quality, and accounting. Additionally, the SVP provides regular reports and information to the Company’s leadership and at least quarterly to the Board of Directors.
