Job Details
Responsibilities:
Design, build, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau and Tableau Cloud
Analyze complex datasets to advise on value and actionable insights
Work cross-functionally across teams with source data to align with company and client needs
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and translate into effective BI solutions
Develop and implement external, customer-facing dashboards that provide real-time, impactful insights
Design and optimize ETL processes and data pipelines to integrate multiple data sources
Work on cloud-based BI solutions, with exposure to AWS services and frameworks
Contribute to design and maintenance of scalable, multi-tenant data warehouse solutions
Qualifications:
Bachelor's in Computer Science, Statistics, or related area of study
2+ years BI Development experience
Proven experience designing customer-facing dashboards
Prior experience working at a SaaS company
Experience with Databricks and AWS (or another cloud platform)
Solid background in data modeling, warehousing, and ETL
Experience with scripting languages like Python and R
