We are seeking an experienced Accountant for a dynamic role that blends tax preparation, financial reporting, and client advisory services in a flexible, hybrid-remote environment. Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and review financial statements, ensuring compliance with accounting principles.
• Prepare and file tax returns for individuals, businesses, and trusts.
• Assist in tax planning and research to provide clients with optimal tax strategies.
• Reconcile bank statements, credit cards, and other financial records.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and accurate month-end and year-end closings.
• Maintain and update accounting software, ensuring data accuracy.
• Communicate with clients to address accounting and tax-related inquiries.
• Stay current with tax laws and regulations, ensuring compliance for all client engagements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience with individual and business returns.
• Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks and UltraTax preferred).
• Strong understanding of GAAP and tax regulations.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
