Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of students with visual impairments? We are seeking a dedicated Teacher for the Visually Impaired (TVI) to join a supportive school district near Rapid City, South Dakota for the upcoming school year. This is a 100% remote, full-time position working with K-12 students.

Position Details:
Full-time role (35 hours per week)
Contracted position for the entire school year
Fully remote - work from the comfort of your home while supporting students in a South Dakota school district

Responsibilities:
Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and other educational professionals to support students' individualized learning goals
Assist with therapy sessions and follow-up assessments
Develop and implement programs that focus on functional living skills based on Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) and assessments
Provide technical and clinical support to ensure students receive the tools and resources they need to succeed

Qualifications:
Active Teacher for the Visually Impaired (TVI) license in South Dakota
At least one year of relevant experience (preferred but not required)
Familiarity with virtual teaching platforms is a plus
