Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Team Member to join our ranc's fam! Team members are the face of Ranc's and play an integral role in our customers experience. You will build rapport with customers, answer questions about the menu, take orders, and serve ice cream and drinks. The ideal candidate is friendly, outgoing, and has fantastic attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

• Take food and beverage orders from customers
• Answer questions about the menu and preparation
• Provide accurate response for customer inquiries
• Create custom ice cream cakes
• Enter orders into the POS system with accuracy and efficiency
• Bus tables and wipe down surfaces
• Maintain a clean work environment
• Work with fellow team members to ensure side tasks are being completed for the shift

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a server is preferred
• Friendly and outgoing personality
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to meet the physical demands of the position, including standing for long periods and lifting up to 25lbs
• Familiarity with food safety guidelines
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
