Role Description:

We are seeking a Testing Specialist to support (MHBE) by performing software validation and verification tasks for complex public-facing systems. The ideal candidate will have experience in UAT, performance testing, and integration testing within a healthcare or government domain.

You’ll be responsible for (Responsibilities): 

• Perform software validation and testing across web and backend systems.
• Create and maintain test cases, test plans, and traceability matrices.
• Conduct regression, integration, interface, and end-to-end testing.
• Translate functional requirements into comprehensive test scenarios.
• Prepare test documentation, test data, and evaluate test results.
• Execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for public-facing systems.
• Identify, log, and track defects; collaborate with developers for resolution.
• Coordinate testing schedules with cross-functional teams.
• Conduct performance testing using tools like JMeter, Gatling, BlazeMeter.
• Execute API testing using ReadyAPI or similar tools.
• Participate in peer reviews of test artifacts.
• Support UAT, including working overtime/weekends as needed.

Minimum Qualifications:

• 4+ years of experience in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) of complex systems.
• 2+ years of experience testing web applications.
• Proficient in defect-tracking tools like JIRA.
• Understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

Preferred Qualifications:

• • 4+ years as a Java/Web application tester.
  • Experience in:
    • Testing across multiple browsers and devices.
    • Mobile, system, data migration, and data integrity testing.
    • Backend testing with SQL, PostgreSQL, or other databases.
    • Writing complex SQL queries.
    • Healthcare/State-Based Health Exchange systems.
    • Agile/Iterative SDLC, version control, and QA best practices.

You’ll have (Qualification & Experience):

•  Bachelor's Degree in related field is required.
