Therapy Director OT, PT or SLP

Aveanna Healthcare is looking for an experienced therapist to manage, develop, direct and supervise all aspects of Therapy for our local Pediatric Therapy operations. The Therapy Director is directly responsible for the supervision of all therapy disciplines (OT, PT, or ST). 

Location: South Texas, (Laredo, Pharr, Corpus Christi) 

Schedule: Monday - Friday (Full Time)

Compensation: From $80,000 - $90,000

Therapy Director Responsibilities:

• Supervise clinical operations of therapy program within a branch   

• Provide direction to supervisors in terms of scheduling and building caseloads  

• Evaluate patients with physical, psycho-social and/or cognitive impairments   

• Provide intervention to deficits and elicit responses   

• Collaborates with interdisciplinary team   

• Execution of Quality Care to Clients   

• Adherence to policies and procedures outlined by the state of practice  

• Candidates will supervise other therapists: PT, OT, and ST   

Therapy Director Qualifications:            

• Degree in Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, or Speech Therapy from an accredited college   

• Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist, Occupational Therapist, or Speech Therapist   

• Current Driver's License   

• 2 plus years of Pediatric experience  

• Prior Management Experience preferred 

• One year of Neonatal experience, a plus
