Location: Downtown Nashville, TN
Schedule: Full-Time Graveyard Shifts
Pay Rate: $19 - $20 per hour, depending on experience (DOE).
Uniform: Black Suit & Tie

Job Summary: The Hotel Security Officer/Concierge is responsible for ensuring the safety and security of guests, employees, and property while providing exceptional customer service. This dual-role position requires a professional who can maintain a secure environment while addressing guest needs with courtesy and efficiency. The ideal candidate will excel in both security operations and front-line guest interactions.
Key Responsibilities: - Security Duties:
- Conduct regular security patrols throughout the property, including guest rooms, common areas, parking facilities, and perimeters.
- Monitor surveillance systems and respond promptly to alarms, incidents, or emergencies.
- Enforce hotel policies and procedures to maintain a safe environment for guests and staff.
- Assist with incident reporting, documenting security concerns, and notifying management or law enforcement as necessary.
- Concierge Duties:
- Greet and assist guests during late-night hours, providing information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions.
- Handle guest inquiries, special requests, and complaints with professionalism and efficiency.
- Coordinate with front desk and housekeeping staff to ensure seamless guest service during the overnight shift.
- Assist with guest check-ins/outs, luggage handling, and parking arrangements as needed.
- Additional Duties:
- Conduct nightly audits of property access points, ensuring doors and windows are secure.
- Provide support for after-hours deliveries, maintenance, or vendor access.
- Foster a welcoming and secure atmosphere for all guests and employees.
Qualifications: - High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in security, hospitality, or customer service preferred.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle high-pressure situations calmly.
- Proficiency in operating surveillance equipment and basic computer systems.
- Physical ability to stand, walk, and perform patrols during an 8-hour shift.
- Availability to work full-time graveyard shifts.
