Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct guided tours for visitors, including customers, stakeholders, and the public, ensuring an informative and engaging experience.
• Provide detailed explanations of facility operations, history, and technological advancements.
• Answer visitor questions accurately and professionally.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, history, and industry contributions.
• Represent the organizations values and brand professionally at all times.

Qualifications:

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Experience in public speaking or as a tour guide is preferred.
• Strong ability to interact positively with a wide range of individuals.
• Passion for history, technology, and education.
• Comfortable with extended periods of walking and standing.
• Multilingual skills are a plus.
• Open to current college students and retirees with a strong interest in visitor engagement.
