\n\nJob Details:
\n• Work in Intensive Care Unit with varied work schedule
\n• NIH certification required
\n• Current, valid RN license in state of practice required
\n• BLS certification required
\n• Minimum one year experience in acute care hospital setting required
\n• Experience must include working in acute care setting within past 12 months as Registered Nurse in specialty area
\n• Assess patient physical, psychological, social, spiritual, educational, developmental, cultural and discharge planning needs
\n• Formulate and implement comprehensive care plans utilizing assessment data and patient/family input
\n• Provide direct patient care, coordination, delegation and supervision of healthcare team activities
\n• Document assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation in patient records
\n• Evaluate patient and family response to care and teaching, revising care plans as needed
\n• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to ensure continuity of care
\n• Maintain clinical performance competencies appropriate to ICU practice
\n• Physical demands include ability to lift up to 75 pounds, stand, walk, bend, and respond quickly to patient needs
\n• Must use standard precautions due to exposure to blood and bodily fluids
\n• Bachelor's degree and professional certification preferred
