RN – Nurse Educator Schedule: Monday–Friday | 5x8s | 0700–1530 Assignment Overview: Covers 2 complex inpatient med/surg units: Cardiac Unit: Heart failure, pre/post cath lab Med/Surg Unit: Long-term vents, trach patients Supports education and onboarding for: Med/Surg Med/Surg Float Pool CVIC Requirements: 3+ years RN experience Active State RN License BLS (AHA) ACLS preferred Telemetry and vent experience required Skills/Procedures: Heart failure management Fixed rate drips Groin/radial site care Trach care Long-term ventilators Preferred: Experience as a clinical educator or preceptor
