What You’ll Bring:

\n\n

\n\t
• Active RN license in Montana (or a Compact State license)\n\t
• Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in swing bed, med-surg, or acute care\n\t
• BLS certification (ACLS preferred)\n\t
• Recent experience in infection prevention or quality programs\n\t
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills\n

Nice to Have Skills:

\n\n

\n\t
• Experience in quality assurance or compliance programs\n\t
• Prior supervisory or team-lead roles in healthcare settings\n

\n\n

Preferred Education & Experience:

\n\n

\n\t
• Registered Nurse with at least 2 years of hands-on clinical practice in relevant departments\n\t
• Previous experience in infection prevention or quality management\n

\n\n

Other Requirements:

\n\t
• Willingness to work 36-40 hours per week on a 5x8 schedule\n\t
• Ability to collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams in a rural setting\n\t
• No on-call duties expected; local candidates or those comfortable with the rural environment encouraged to apply\n
