Regional Dedicated Class A Truck Driver Earn great pay on consistent miles with excellent benefits and the best equipment on the road. Our Regional drivers are able to run through a small number of states, so that they can get home every week. We guarantee consistent home time. $6,000 SIGN ON BONUS. $500 paid after 1st load, $500 paid at 30 days, $1,000 paid out monthly for 5 months

• This account is mostly drop and hook with 100% no touch freight.
• Drivers on this account will deliver to one dedicated retail store chain and distribution centers in NC, VA, TN, and MD.
• Drivers must be willing to run nights & weekends
• Drivers are home weekly for a 34 hour reset. Occasionally, drivers may get home daily, but not guaranteed. Time off will be during the week.
• New hire drivers pay and training time -$100 per day- 1-2 day ride along
• Pay averages $1200 gross per week. CPM based on experience
• Drivers will average 2200-2400 MPW and will be paid $20 per backhaul
• Backhauls will be dry freight and are 75% preloaded and 25% live loads.
• Must have personal vehicle to drive to and from the yard
• 2019-2020 Automatic Next Generation trucks with spacious sleepers & inside ambient dimmable lighting

• 2 day compensated orientation. The first part will be virtual. As part of this, drivers will complete their pre-orientation items, such as their online testing modules (from home) drug test, physical etc.(at a local clinic) & then drivers will do their road test etc. onsite at the terminal in SC. Our classes are at 50% capacity to allow for social distancing. Road range times will also be completed individually. If drivers are able to get all of their pre-orientation items completed before the in-person portion of orientation, then they will be hired in 1-2 days . Drivers will stay at the Windham Garden Inn in SC. All meals provided. Bus ticket available

WE WILL ACCEPT ANY OF THE FOLLOWING FOR EXPERIENCE:

Minimum of 3 months solo OTR or Local experience in the last 36 months. The 3 months experience must be with no more than two carriers and driver can have no preventable CMV accidents during the 3 months 6-12 months OTR experience in the last 3 years with carriers less than 50 trucks/drivers. 3 carriers maximum 12 months safe OTR experience in the last 5 years. 4 carriers maximum. 24 months safe OTR experience in the last 10 years. 6 carriers maximum. 6 months local experience in the last 12 months 12 months local experience in the last 36 months Experience must be in tractor trailers greater than 40 feet. No auto restrictions Must have a good MVR Stable job history required Must be able to pass a DT/ No failed or refused DT’s 21st Century Personnel
