Overview We’re a Dubai-based content team helping founders, coaches, and business leaders grow their personal brands through short-form video. The videos we create aren’t ads. They’re authority-driven, trust-building pieces that position clients as thought leaders. We’re growing quickly and are looking for reliable videographers who can support our shoots in Dubai. Role Description We’re hiring Videographers (Dubai-based) to lead short-form video shoots for our clients. Each shoot is simple: 30–60 second talking-head style videos, filmed on-location with a founder or professional. You’ll be responsible for running the shoot independently from setup to capturing clean footage. This is a freelance/project-based role starting with around 5 shoots per month, with potential to scale up to 10–20 shoots per month as we grow. Transport allowance provided if a location requires a car/cab or isn’t accessible by public transport. Responsibilities Film short-form content (30–60 sec clips) with founders, coaches, and professionals Handle setup (camera, lighting, audio) for clean, professional output Direct clients confidently and make them comfortable on camera Deliver raw footage promptly to our editing team Qualifications Based in Dubai and able to travel to client locations for shoots Some prior videography experience (portfolio or sample work required) Owns basic gear (camera, mic, lighting) and knows how to set it up properly Comfortable working solo and managing shoots independently Reliable, consistent, and easy to work with Compensation AED 200–400 per shoot, depending on experience and quality Minimum 5 shoots per month to start More shoots (10–20 per month) as we scale with you Seniority level Entry level Employment type Other Job function Marketing, Public Relations, and Writing/Editing Industries #J-18808-Ljbffr Mindset Marketers
