Are you passionate about helping students overcome physical, sensory, and cognitive challenges? We're looking for a compassionate and skilled Virtual School Occupational Therapist to join a supportive team providing remote therapy services to students across New Mexico. In this role, you will work with K-12 students, empowering them to thrive academically and socially by addressing their unique therapy needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct virtual occupational therapy evaluations to assess student needs and challenges.
Design and implement personalized therapy plans focused on fine motor skills, sensory processing, and daily living skills.
Provide engaging and effective remote therapy sessions to support student progress.
Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to monitor student development and adjust therapy plans as needed.
Maintain accurate, detailed records of student progress, therapy sessions, and outcomes.
Participate in virtual IEP meetings to discuss goals, progress, and necessary adjustments.

Qualifications:

Master's or Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy.
Active Occupational Therapy License in New Mexico.
Previous experience in a school setting is preferred; telehealth experience is a bonus.
Comfort and confidence with using technology and virtual platforms for therapy.
Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
Self-motivated, with the ability to manage a flexible schedule and work independently.
