Dear People-Focused Nature Advocate, United Green CORE is seeking an organized individual to join our team as a volunteer HR Coordinator. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys supporting teams and wants to help ensure our environmental mission thrives through proper volunteer management. Our mission is simple: we bring people together to care for the Earth. We believe in being creative, open, respectful, and understanding in everything we do. As our Volunteer HR Coordinator, you would: Track volunteer hours and contributions across our programs. Help ensure compliance with volunteer policies and requirements. Maintain simple volunteer records and documentation. Support the onboarding of new volunteers to our environmental initiatives. We're looking for someone who: Has basic organizational and record-keeping skills. Cares deeply about the environment. Can contribute approximately 1-2 hours per quarter. Enjoys helping create a positive volunteer experience. Experience with nonprofit organizations preferred. This volunteer role is an excellent way to support our environmental mission by ensuring our team of nature advocates can contribute effectively and meaningfully.
