About the Role
The Company is currently seeking a dynamic VP of Financial Planning and Analysis to join their growing team. This vital position will lead the FP&A function, providing strategic financial direction and supporting the company's growth and investment strategies. The ideal candidate will bring a strong FP&A background specifically in the private equity sector and ideally hold a CPA qualification.
As the VP, you will play a key role in financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting, significantly impacting decision support and performance management. Candidates should possess 15-20 years of experience in FP&A with a focus on private equity. A CPA is strongly preferred. This role calls for a strategic leader capable of guiding a team while collaborating closely with senior management.
