Looking for a new opportunity as a Warehouse Associate? Join the SIMOS Team! We're currently hiring full-time, long-term Warehouse/Distribution positions in Adairsville, GA! Associates receive medical and dental benefits within the first 30 days, paid time off, and weekly paychecks! Pay is $15.69-$16.47/hour, plus incentives based on performance (per eligibility requirements). We also offer a $75 Referral Bonus, per eligibility requirements.

Available Shifts: (Incentives are per eligibility requirements)

• Night Shift B-Wed/Thurs 4:45pm- 5:45am, Fri 6:45pm-5:45am-$16.47/hr plus incentive based on performance
• Night Shift A Mon/Tues 4:45pm-5:45am, Sun 6:45pm-5:45am-$16.47/hr plus incentive based on performance
• Weekend Day shift: Friday, Saturday, Sunday, 6:00am-6:30pm-$15.69/hr plus incentive based on performance

Job Responsibilities

• Load and unload trucks manually
• Lift product, shrink wrap, and palletize pallets in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to lift, handle, and carry boxes up to 75 pounds
• Ability to carry, stand, walk, lift, stoop, bend, push, and pull
• Stand on your feet for at least 10-12 hours, reach overhead, twist, turn, and squat throughout the shift
• Maintain a safe and clean workspace throughout your shift, effective communication skills, and team work

• Ability to lift parts weighing up to 70 lbs. without powered equipment assistance
• Visual capacity to clearly recognize, read, and understand standard operating procedures, signs, part number labels, and instructions
• Ability to see/hear and distinguish sounds and signs that alert, instruct, or notify one of danger, such as warning signs, horns, alarms, speech, and vehicular/pedestrian traffic
• Ability to coordinate maneuvering of varied bilateral hand and foot controls at a rapid pace
• Ability to utilize personal protective equipment which may include gloves, safety harnesses, and safety shoes
• Flexibility to work in either a hot or cold work environment

Associate Requirements
