Job Description: Execute visually refined and responsive web pages using Figma within a pre-established design system.
\n
Day-to-Day Responsibilities: \n
\n - Build and refine components and landing pages using Figma
\n - Work within an existing design system with set iconography, layout, and visual elements
\n - Collaborate closely with internal designers and stakeholders
\n - Translate briefs into design execution with minimal guidance
\n - Ensure visual quality and consistency across hundreds of web pages
\n - Provide organized and annotated design handoffs to developers
\n - Contribute to meeting timelines and project deliverables
\n
\n
Requirements: \n
\n - Must-Haves:
\n \n - 5 years in web visual design roles
\n - Advanced proficiency with Figma (including variables, auto layout, linked libraries, branches, annotations)
\n - Strong visual portfolio showcasing clean, elegant, responsive web design
\n - Experience in production design, executing designs created by others
\n - Able to take direction and work autonomously
\n - Understanding of handing off designs to development teams
\n
\n - Nice-to-Haves:
\n \n - Familiarity with HTML, CSS, JS, JSON
\n - Experience working in agile or fast-paced digital environments
