Job Title: Welder
Location: Columbia City, IN
Job Type: Full-Time
Salary:

• Entry-Level Welder: $17 - $19 per hour (no experience required)
• Experienced Welder: $20 - $22 per hour

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM
• Includes two 15-minute paid breaks and a 30-minute unpaid lunch

Position Overview:
We are looking for both entry-level and experienced welders to support our production needs. As a Welder, you will work in a fast-paced environment, utilizing various welding techniques to assemble and fabricate metal components according to specifications.
Key Responsibilities:

• Perform welding tasks using MIG, TIG, and Stick welding techniques as required
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications
• Ensure all welds meet quality and safety standards
• Maintain a clean and safe workspace, adhering to all safety protocols
• Collaborate with team members to improve processes and efficiency
• Assist in other duties as assigned by supervisors

Qualifications:

• Entry-Level: No previous experience in welding required; training will be provided
• Experienced: Previous welding experience is preferred; knowledge of welding techniques and safety practices is essential
• Ability to read blueprints and technical documents
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Commitment to maintaining a safe work environment
