Description:
Tig weld and fit – Stainless tube & pipe (purge), carbon pipe. Must be able to walk the cup.
Assemble & secure pipes, tubes, fittings, & related equipment, per specifications and blueprint, by welding, brazing, cementing, soldering, & threading joints.
Cut, thread, & hammer pipe to spec, using tools such as saws, cutting torches, & pipe threaders/benders.
Ability to perform all necessary shop math and measurements
Ability to use all standard shop machinery and tools, both hand and powered
Desire to be a team player and assist with ANY task necessary to complete the job
Taking pride in a job well done while paying attention to job timelines. It needs to look as good as it functions.
Requirements:Ability to fabricate with GTAW and SMAW processes with full penetration
Walk the cup
Desire and willingness to travel: 60% minimum, up to 75%
Active Driver License with clean record
Professional team player attitude at all times while working
Clean and professional appearance and communication
Punctual, reliable, drug free
Ability to perform physical work continuously to include standing for periods of time, lifting heavy weight materials & work in strained work positions
