Essential Functions and Requirements:

• Metal Mastery: Manufacture and fabricate finished metal products.
• Repair Savvy: Install and repair various equipment and components.
• Safety First: Work safely and follow all company policies.
• Shop Organization: Maintain a clean and orderly work environment.
• Tool Proficiency: Comfortable with power tools (pneumatic, electric).
• Quality Assurance: Perform quality inspections on completed parts.
• Equipment Handling: Familiar with forklifts and crane operations.
• Blueprint Follower: Follow blueprints to meet product specifications.
• Team Player: Work well within a team and follow directions.
• Self-Starter: Able to work with limited guidance when necessary.
• Adaptability: Perform other related duties as required.

Skills & Background:

• Experience: Previous experience in welding, manufacturing, or related fields.
• Welding Expertise: Proficient with welding tools and procedures.
• Blueprint Literacy: Experience with engineering blueprints and schematics.
• Physical Stamina: Ability to handle a physical workload.
• Lifelong Learner: Continuously seeks improvement and professional development.
• Effective Communicator: Attentive, considerate, and inquisitive.
• Helper at Heart: Willingness to assist and support team members.

Pay Details: $23.00 to $30.00 per hour

Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan. Our benefit offerings provide employees the flexibility to choose the type of coverage that meets their individual needs. In addition, our associates may be eligible for paid leave including Paid Sick Leave or any other paid leave required by Federal, State, or local law, as well as Holiday pay where applicable.
