Wind Turbine Technician – Maintenance & Repair Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a Wind Turbine Technician to join our team in Iowa. This role involves performing mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic maintenance, repairs, and upgrades on wind turbines while adhering to all safety protocols . The ideal candidate is mechanically or electrically inclined, detail-oriented, and a strong team player.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure workplace safety and halt operations in unsafe conditions.
• Conduct preventive maintenance, repairs, and component upgrades on wind turbines.
• Provide high-quality service to customers while following site rules.
• Maintain professionalism both on and off-site.
• Use and maintain company property, tools, and PPE properly.

Requirements:

• Authorization to work in the U.S.
• Mechanical or electrical aptitude (wind turbine experience preferred but not required).
• Basic computer skills.
• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record.

Work Schedule:

• Full-time, Monday to Friday with occasional on-call and weekend work as needed.
• On-site role at wind farms in Carroll, Walnut, Schaller, Fonda, Ida Grove, Blairsburg (Iowa), and surrounding areas equipped with GE turbines.
