Job Description

In this role, you’ll help curate unforgettable travel experiences for both corporate and leisure clients across exciting global destinations. Whether you’re a seasoned traveler or just love organizing, this position could be the ideal fit for you!

What You’ll Do:

  • Design Tailored Itineraries: Research, create, and execute personalized travel plans that wow our clients.
  • Customize Travel Plans: Assess client preferences to design trips that meet their specific needs and desires.
  • Stay Certified & Informed: Participate in ongoing training and webinars with vendors and suppliers to stay certified and become an expert on various destinations.
  • Manage Budgets: Review and plan trips within clients’ financial constraints, ensuring their dream vacations are both affordable and exceptional.
  • Create Marketing Materials: Develop eye-catching promotional materials to market travel services.
  • Handle Bookings: Manage all aspects of travel arrangements, including flights, car rentals, accommodations, cruises, event tickets, and more.
  • Communicate Effectively: Maintain clear communication with clients before, during, and after their travels to ensure satisfaction and handle any issues that may arise.
  • Network with Industry Partners: Build relationships with tour operators and explore package deals for clients.
  • Flexible Commitment: Work part-time or full-time with a schedule that fits your life.

What You’ll Need:

  • Must be at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the U.S.
  • Strong communication skills; sales experience is a plus.
  • Smartphone with internet access (laptop recommended but not required).
  • Personal travel experience is a bonus but not required.
  • Prior experience in customer service or hospitality is an advantage.
