Division: ZIMBIS Position Title: Dental Regional Sales Manager (RSM) Department: Sales Team Reports To: VP of Dental Sales Your Role As the ZIMBIS Dental Regional Sales Manager (RSM) , you will lead the charge in acquiring new customers and driving sales of ZIMBIS’ hardware and software solutions for dental offices across the eastern United States (east of the Mississippi). This position is pivotal in growing our business through strategic sales initiatives, building a robust sales pipeline, conducting workflow assessments, and delivering compelling sales presentations. We’re looking for a high-performing sales professional with experience in the medical, veterinary, or dental industries, particularly in capital equipment and inventory management solutions. You’ll bring a deep understanding of practice workflows and patient care, paired with strong business acumen, excellent pipeline management, and a proven sales track record. Key Responsibilities Sales Execution: Drive new customer acquisition for ZIMBIS hardware and software solutions in the dental market. Pipeline Development: Maintain and manage a consistent sales pipeline to achieve and exceed targets. Workflow Assessments: Conduct onsite evaluations of practice workflows to identify pain points and present tailored solutions. Presentations: Deliver impactful sales presentations to prospective clients. Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders. Your Qualifications Required Skills & Experience: Industry Expertise: 3+ years in the medical, veterinary, or dental industries, ideally with capital equipment and inventory management experience. Sales Mastery: Proven ability to close deals and meet/exceed sales targets. Customer-Centric: Strong service and problem-solving skills, with a client-first mindset. Communication: Exceptional oral and written communication skills to influence and engage. Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple projects independently with high attention to detail. Problem-Solving: A natural problem-solver who thrives in dynamic environments. Technical Expertise: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Advanced Excel skills are a plus. Familiarity with CRM tools, particularly Salesforce, is an advantage. Strong understanding of software/hardware integration and communications technology. Education: Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) preferred. Travel & Location Requirements Travel: 50% travel required across the eastern U.S. to meet with clients. Home Base: Located on the East Coast (e.g., New York, Florida, Massachusetts). Headquarters: Phoenix, Arizona. Physical Requirements Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
