As an Agile Coach, youserve as the servant leader for your team(s) by ensuring clear communicationand helping the team reach its goal. This role will drive the adoption of Scrumand various other agile methodologies to focus on value, flow, quality, predictability,modern engineering practices, and driving continuous improvement of their teamsas well as work with other Agile coaches and Scrum Masters within your area.

You will also facilitate team productivity by removing impediments that mayobstruct the pursuit of the team\'s goals and by preserving flexibility andability to rapidly respond to changes on the team.

What to expect in thisrole:
Use Agile methodology values, principles, and practices to plan, manage, anddeliver customer value and solutions.
Ensure the proper use of collaborative processes and remove impediments for thescrum team.
Collaborate with and support the team in meeting product development anddelivery needs.
Teach, mentor and support delivery teams to adopt agile values, principles, andpractices.
Accountable that scrum events, meetings, and decision-making processes are wellfacilitated.
Ensure that tasks, issues, risks, and action item are effectively managed bythe team.
Accountable for team performance by promoting transparency, inspect adaptand helping teams to continuously improve.
Plan and organize demos and product / system testing, qualification, anddeployments.
Track and make visible project processes, progress, and deliverables.
Work with tribe leadership on tribe-wide improvements and initiatives.
Facilitate multi-squad planning events (e.g. big room planning).

What will make yousuccessful:
Working knowledge of agilemethodology, techniques, and frameworks, such as Scrum or Kanban, to delivercustomer solutions.
Ability to coach teams towards improving software development and deploymentvia CI/CD pipelines.
Leadership and management experience.
Excellent people communication skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong desire for transparency, visibility and use of data, evidence, andmetrics.

Certifications/Experience:
CSM, prefer CSP-SM or PSM I, preferPSM II
Working experience and/or certificationon Kanban is a plus
Working or familiarity with Spotifymodel is a plus
Working experience in SAFe is a plus
Prior Agile Coaching, Project andProgram management roles is a plus

Tool Proficiency:
Working experience in Jira,Confluence, MS Teams, MS Outlook and other MS products
Working experience on collaborationtools such as Mural, Mentimeter and Slido

Helpful:
Bachelor\'s degree in computerscience, information technology, or a relevant field preferred
Certified Scrum Master or relevant Agile-related certifications
4+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or in a similar role
Technical background
Delivery experience
Working in regulated environments
