StartDate: ASAP Pay Rate: $318000.00 - $341000.00

An established, reputable, award-winning, not-for-profit health system in a mid-sized Midwest metro is seeking an allergy, asthma, and immunology physician to join the largest practice in the area. Candidates must be MDs or DOs who are board-certified or board-eligible in AAI. Full-time candidates are preferred; however, the practice might consider part-time physicians.

Opportunity Highlights

• ?100% outpatient and AAI-based well-rounded practice with no hospital consults
• Innovative schedule to include flexible work / life balance including 3 or 4-day work weeks and telemedicine options
• Bustling practice with 400 to 500 patients in queue
• Physicians are typically paired with an NP, and there is active collaboration with all providers
• Low call volume that is taken by phone and rotated monthly
• Opportunity to work with medical students and internal medicine residents who rotate through the clinic
• An academic appointment is possible
• Guaranteed salary, performance incentive plan, signing bonus, relocation allowance, and full benefits package
