Assistant Project Manager – Commercial Construction

Location: Pleasanton, CA

Pay: $115,000 to $130,000 base salary + performance bonus

What You’ll Do:

• Help lead all parts of commercial construction projects from start to finish.
• Work with superintendents, subcontractors, and clients to keep things on schedule and within budget.
• Handle project paperwork like RFIs, submittals, and change orders.
• Attend jobsite meetings and make sure daily work runs smoothly.
• Solve problems quickly and make sure the quality stays high.

What We’re Looking For:

• At least 5 years of experience working on commercial construction projects.
• Experience with affordable housing or multifamily projects is a big plus.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Able to stay organized and handle budgets and schedules with confidence.
