Program Locations Atlanta Chicago Philadelphia New York City Key Responsibilities Servicing accounts through the end‑to‑end underwriting process. Accessing and evaluating underwriting processes while implementing best practices. Following underwriter instructions on policy rating and pricing. Reviewing application of mandatory policy forms related to accounts. Resolving inquiries from brokers, underwriters, and internal customers. Benefits & Learning Paid, benefit‑eligible full‑time position upon completion. Work 3 × a week, study 2 × a week; paid for all 40 hrs/week. Tuition‑free Associate in Applied Science – Business Administration (Insurance) at Harper College. Department of Labor Certificate of Apprenticeship. Skills for today’s marketplace. Basic Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent. No professional work experience required. Enrolled and validated as “college ready” by Harper Community College. Preferred Qualifications 1 + years experience or leadership in student activities or community service. Interest in a career in insurance. Ability to balance work and school deadlines. Strong customer service, collaboration, problem‑solving, communication. High self‑discipline, attention to detail, team orientation. Intermediate Excel skills and comfort with online learning. Compensation Hourly range: $19.24‑$24.04. 5 % short‑term incentive bonus eligibility. Employment Details Schedule: Full Time. Hybrid remote/work. Apprenticeship (Internship).
