Position Overview:

Join our Team as a Van Truckload Truck Driver and enjoy amazing holiday incentives!

Average Pay: $1,300 - $1,590 weekly

Home Time: Every other week

Experience: Open to all CDL holders

• Utilize dry van trailers with 95% no-touch freight.
• Drive across all 48 states.
• Take your furry friends along with our Team Pet Policy.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Receive mileage pay, along with hourly pay while on duty and not driving.
• Earn holiday pay incentives, up to $1,400, for the months of November and December 2025.
• Enjoy weekly paychecks and performance bonuses.
• Get a $2,000 sign-on bonus distributed over 12 months in your first year for experienced drivers.
• Participate in paid orientation and earn paid time off after just 6 months, plus 6 days of holiday pay per year.
• Annual bonus potential of up to 2% of your annual gross pay.

Qualifications:

• Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL).
• Must reside within 85 miles of Wilmer, TX.
