Who We’re Looking For You need to have either strong sales and customer service experience or prior experience in the auto transport or freight broker industry as a broker or dispatcher. What We Offer Leads provided – We invest in high-quality leads through our website, Google, and other sources. 4-5 warm inbound reach-outs daily – No cold calling. Customers will either call, email, or submit a lead form. Your goal is to close at least three of them per day. Fully remote – Work from anywhere, but you must be available during California business hours and sometimes after-hours if a driver runs into an issue during a late-night delivery. High earning potential – You will earn 30% of the profit on each deal closed. Example: (Customer payment - driver cost) * 30% = your pay Your Role Educate the customer about how auto transport works. Close the deal. Find a driver. Verify the driver’s insurance. Provide updates to the customer upfront, during the delivery, or when they ask. Expectations You will handle the customer from the first call to the final delivery, ensuring they have a smooth experience. You must be available during California business hours and flexible for urgent situations (e.g., if a driver has a late-night issue). You must always maintain a positive, high-energy attitude when dealing with customers—this is a must. You should be reachable by phone throughout the day. We will train you on how the process works, provide you with a sales pitch, show you how to use the load board, and teach you pricing strategies.
