Responsibilities: Direct all aspects of the firm’s not-for-profit tax practice Review 990’s 990PF, 990-T, and 5500, as well as applicable state filings Review of Forms 1065, 1120, 1120S and state filings for a fast-growing for-profit client base Review 5500’s Make presentations to clients Perform tax research Qualifications: CPA or JD Management experience in a CPA firm 7+ years experience Compliance experience with non-profit organizations Hands-on experience with review and preparation of Form 990, Form 990-PF and state charitable registrations Experience with Forms 1065, 1120, 1120S and state filings Knowledge of unrelated business tax, private inurement/benefit and other tax-exempt/non-profit organization issues preferred Additional Information Our client is proud to be an equal opportunity/affirmative action employer.
